I was really disappointed with the room. It was uncomfortably warm, with a broken toilet seat and no bedside tables. Plus, the view was just another window across the road. Just seemed very basic for the price we paid.

Thank you very much all for a fantastic stay for 1 night. I had a compact standard double room with an excellent view of the Welsh hills. The English breakfast was sensational, included well presented dishes. The location was fab and great, just off the ferry, and the Wirral country park. It also was to such a lovely establishment.

Nice bar vibe!
The linens were great and the toiletries were a nice touch. Breakfast was great, and the bar area had a fun, buzzin' vibe. Just wish the staff had been a bit more attentive, though. Took ages to get our drinks at times. Great location by the water!

The room felt spacious and had a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom impressed me with a powerful shower. Breakfast choices delighted, especially the fresh fruit and cooked options. The lack of air conditioning became evident during the warm days was good. The dining experience at night was fantastic, with well-prepared dishes that exceeded my expectations. Though the ice cream shop next door is a bonus, the parking area felt a bit tight. I appreciate the friendly staff who catered to our needs throughout the stay.
